- Course content: Based on module reading. Workbook downloadable for store reference. Special needs and as well as language accommodations available.

- Duration: 8 hours. Participants must complete all 13 modules and exams within 30 days to become certified.
- Technical Requirements: Online course
- Certification Exam: Online assessment with 50 multiple-choice questions. Virtual proctoring available. Special needs accommodations upon request.
- Refund Policy: To cancel a course registration, you must submit your cancellation request via email to education@retailcouncil.org within 14 days of enrollment. Refund requests submitted within this timeframe will be issued a full refund.
