Collection: Retail Certification Courses

RCC's Retail Certification courses for both retail sales associates and first level retail managers are available as a directed online course or available as a self directed training course in both English and French. All of the courses below include the online course, a final exam and an in person evaluation. Both the exam and the evaluation must be passed in order to receive certification.

In addition, RCC offers the FoodWise Food Safety Certification Program for grocery retail staff and the Certified Jewellery Retail Professional Program designed for the retail jewellery manager.
